Upon arrival at the premises to be cleaned we take photos and ask for a floor map or simply sketch our own.  We are then able to calculate and show costings for each area for Spring Cleans, daily or weekly cleaning. Transport costs will be included.  

Post-event cleaning (clearing of plates, cleaning of tables, halls, communal hall ways, kitchens and contents such as ovens and cookers and toilets) is calculated at a full recovery cost per worker, including supervisors and drivers if need be.  Each one-off event is considered on a bespoke and fair basis.  ‘Swing hours’ are included as are transport costs for an Uber if using the swing hours means workers miss their last night time public transport.  Photographs of the premises would be appreciated.
